Our analysis system is based on the principle of flow injection where a defined sample volume is precisely and exactly introduced in a flowing carrier.
The carrier fluid transports the sample to the flow detector. On the way reagents are being added to perform reactions transforming the analyte in a product that can be determined with high sensitivity and selectivity.
Flow injection analysis permits a simple implementation of processes for integrated sample pretreatment, sensitivity increase, enrichment and so on.
Processes like solid-phase reaction, liquid-liquid extraction, energy exchange, membrane processes like gas transfer and dialysis are used in our FIA-System.
The analytical methods come as complete parameter-dedicated method modules.
There are complete analysis modules available for our FIA-System, with dedicated methods to determine various parameters.
In our own application laboratory we develop all methods of determination internally.
The FIA-System is characterized by the following advantages:

- simultaneous determination of several parameters with high sample throughput
- use of standardised photometric methods
- quick startup, high level of automation
- compact design and minimal bench space consumption
- highly flexible system configuration
- cost-effective analysis, simple method change
- automated dilution process for samples exceeding the calibration range
- system control, data acquisition and management by versatile WINDOWS-based software FIA control
